Out with the frumpy...in with the sassy!

Any of you mom's sport the mommy ponytail on a daily basis?!?! I did....for like 3 years. I got so sick of it! I felt so frumpy and ever since I had my son 15 months ago, my hair was STILL falling out! So in hopes that it would help with the falling out and frumpyness I cut it off! I can't tell you how happy I am with it. I did it about 6 weeks ago and I am thoroughly enjoying it. I took off like 8 inches!

BEFORE:

AFTER: (it's a about an inch and a half shorter in the back, it's an a-line cut)

Big sigh....much better!!

I love it Court!!!

I was so sick of my long hair. I always pulled it back and I don't even have kids yet. haha! I just got SO sick of drying and straightening it every day. Now I just need to grow my bangs back out because I'm already sick of having to do them every day as well! Plus, once I do I can start doing my hair curly again...which takes almost no time (just air dry!) I'm so lazy. :o)

Courtney, your new hair cut is darling and classy; but, frankly, it looked good when it was long, too. You really don't know how beautiful you are! The problem is after we women have kids we forget about ourselves and are too busy taking care of everyone else. There's no time for manicures, pedicures, hair styles, or a good massage once in awhile; but we NEED that special kind of pampering every so often. A person can't just give and give and give all the time because then we have nothing left for ourselves (& we're important, too!). Love you, kc

You look so great – your hair looks amazing - and it was so nice bumping into you the other day! What a great surprise it was to see an old friend!! We will have to “formally” get together sometime soon to catch up on life. And, you’ll have to teach me how you manage this beautiful background no your blog!! I love it!! :)

When my hair is long enough, I french braid it every day but Sunday. I got a cute cut, but now that its growing long again, I find myself braiding it again.
Do NOT revert back! Don't do it!
You look beautiful:)
